SHIPPING POLICY
Yuzu Juice Shipping
Willyama Yuzu aims to get your order to you as quickly and safely as possible. We offer both standard and express shipping through Australia Post.
Current dispatch schedule: Due to the ongoing fuel crisis, we are currently posting orders 1–2 times per week. Handling time is typically 1–3 business days, depending on our dispatch days.
If you need your order urgently, please email evelyn@willyamayuzu.com before placing your order — we’ll do our best to help.
We’re a small family business, and we truly appreciate your patience and support.
Fresh Yuzu Fruit Shipping
Shipping is included in the price of each fresh yuzu tray. No additional shipping charges will be added at checkout.
To ensure your fruit arrives in the best condition, we aim to dispatch early in the week so it doesn’t sit in transit over the weekend. If an order is placed later in the week, we may hold it until the following week to protect the fruit’s quality.
Although checkout may display an estimated delivery window of 2–8 days, actual delivery time may vary depending on the day your order is placed and seasonal demand.
Towards the end of the season, dispatch times may change slightly as fruit availability becomes limited.
