Willyama Yuzu
Why Yuzu?
Yuzu is a diverse and rare Japanese fruit with a rich aroma that is coveted in the culinary world. The juice, peel and zest of a yuzu, used in both green (unripe) and yellow (ripe) forms, is appreciated for its ability to maintain its flavour and sourness whilst cooking at high temperatures. Yuzu is not only reserved for eating, but can be loved in all different forms ranging from cosmetics to cocktails. Yuzu is a unique fruit that will separate your business from the rest.
About Willyama Yuzu
Willyama Yuzu is located on Wiradjuri Country, on the outskirts of Leeton, NSW on a farm that has been in the Morris family since 1927. Dean Morris, manager and owner of the family farms, has been interested in Yuzus for years. This was cultivated after many visits to Japan and having developed an interest in the culinary and overall versatility that Yuzus provide within Japanese culture.
